knotes version 4.14.5-12.5 on opensuse 13.2
when you edit the specific application
settings:>appearance_&&fixes_tab>check_no_titlebar_and_frame=force=yes the
possibility to change activity rightclicking on the note bar disappear, only
the possibility to change desktop is present, if you leave the titlebar
everything is ok

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.edit the specific application
settings:>appearance_&&fixes_tab>check_no_titlebar_and_frame=force=yes
2.rightclick the note bar
3.

Actual Results:  
there is only >to desktop and not >to activity

Expected Results:  
there should be >to desktop and  >to activity
