Boot the system, open Kontact, pick a mail from the draft folder to a recipient
that is set to 'always sign' and send it.
Result: The sandclock turns, and KMail does not react in any windows. After a
long timeout (~10-15 minutes) the dialog to enter the passphrase for GPG shows
up (this is usually a thing of microseconds).
Password is entered, mail is sent.
