            Bug ID: 350555
Summary: Unable to handle quotation marks in »To« field.
           Product: kmail2
           Version: 4.14.2
          Platform: Kubuntu Packages
                OS: Linux
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: NOR
         Component: composer
          Assignee: kdepim-bugs at kde.org
          Reporter: bernhard+kde at scheirle.de

Quotation marks »"« don't get handled correctly in the »To« field.

Sending an e-mail to »"me at domain.tld"« generates a mail without the »To:«
field.
If you send it to multiple recipients only the addresses which are in Quotation
marks are missing.
Note: The e-mail still gets delivered to _all_ recipients.

Opening an e-mail with a recipients address in quotation marks shows only an
empty »To« field (even if there are additional recipients address without
quotation marks).

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Sending:
1. Send an e-mail to yourself. But put the recipient address in Quotation marks
e.g. »To: "me at domain.tld"«

Receiving:
1. Open the attached e-mail. (Opening the above send message isn't the same the
attached message. The attached e-mail does contain a »To« field.)

Actual Results:
Sending:
»To« field is missing / recipients address in quotation marks gets removed.

Receiving:
»To« field in the message view is empty

Expected Results:
Sending:
Add the addresses to the »To« field

Receiving:
Displays the addresses
