This crash looks to be in libjasper, not in KDE's own code.  I recently bugged
a very similar crash as
https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=792226

Is jasper still maintained upstream ?  It has had no release for 8 years,
despite being the subject of many CVEs, and has no bugzilla.
