akonadi_notes_agent (4.14) on KDE Platform 4.14.2 using Qt 4.8.6

- What I was doing when the application crashed:

I was updating my packages using Synaptic Package Manager and had left my
computer unattended when the crash happened.  No other windows were open. 
Netrunner (based on Ubuntu 14.04LTS) OS - connected to internet via 5G
wireless.  Update was manually triggered by a package tree refresh, then
'update.'

Disk is encrypted LVM (probably does not matter).
