Hi, When using the account wizard to setup a new account Kmail does not allow
the option to create a new identity for this account.

This limits the later sending options (and there also seems to be the side
effect of setting the new created account as a default)

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to settings -> account wizard
2. Setup new account (sending and receiving)
3. After wizard, go into settings and look at identity and sending options

Actual Results:  
No new identity is created associated with this account; in accounts
-->sending, the new account is now set to default.

Expected Results:  
An option should be provided during the wizard, ideally with an explanation of
what identities are, which allows to create a new identity associated with the
sending and receiving account. 
Kmail should not interfere with existing defaults unless explicitly asked to.
