i have kmail set up to show no message preview pane, since it would open each
and every mail while just browsing through the message list by keys.
but that leaves me with the dissatisfying solution to get a new window for each
mail i open, cluttering my desktop.
instead i'd prefer a single document interface where mails open in new tabs of
the main window, like Opera's M2 does.

is it possible to make the GUI configurable to do either SDI or MDI?
