In create new account dialog I choosed "Maildir" and in next step I see blank
dialog window with only one label "URL:" (like on screenshot). And when I click
"Next" button new dialog, with label "Configuring new account", is stuck.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Select "Create new account wizzard"
2. Select "Maildir" account type
3. Click "Next" twice

Actual Results:  
I see blank dialog with "Url:" label

Expected Results:  
I think, it shoud give me able to select folder where my maildir located.
