This happens on both my Kubuntu Wily Werewolf machines, QT 5.4.2, which both
have 3 imap accounts. 
The crashes are so chronic that I doubt any of this code has been tested with
multiple accounts. Can a maintainer from Kontact/akonadi please comment? This
issue needs some love.
