Since my previous system upgrade of Debian Testing (Jessie) on Friday, I'm
seeing this too. Versions are the same as the original bug reporter.

Specifically, it's when syncing my Google IMAP "All Mail" folder, which still
shows several unread messages, despite me having read them in another folder.
Before this most recent update, the "unread" messages would eventually
disappear from my All Mail folder on their own (ie. at the next automatic sync
of that folder).
