There is no cp1250 in View - Encoding (I have it shown in CZ as menu item
"Pohled" submenu item  "Nastavení kódování") (and kmail does not respect
LANG=en_US LC_ALL=en_US kmail from konsole) in version 4.14.2.
There is plenty of other encodings including an iso-8859-2 and a cp1251 but no
cp1250 and some of e-mails received are cripled due to. Some senders not heard
about UTF-8 yet :-(. 
Can I help anyhow to get cp1250 to the list?
