Same here. "Perfectly" configured Kleopatra, all configuration tests run and
are green, but either from Kmail or manually searching for the hex key is
always a zero imported certificates.

Both Seahorse and "gpg --recv-keys 0x..." work fine.

$ kleopatra --version
