After test, I found %OTOADDR and %OCCADDR both outputs all email addresses. So
I can use:

-----------------------------------------
From: %OFROMADDR
To: %OTOADDR
Cc: %OCCADDR
-----------------------------------------

So, what is the difference between %OTOADDR and %OTOLIST? They seem output the
same email list of the same format.
