- What I was doing when the application crashed:
I had just checked my email in Kontakt. Opening the first message caused the
akondi agent to crash, and it continues to crash throughout the day afterwords.
The crash can be reproduced every time.

1. Open Kontakt
2. Read a message
Actual Results:
An error message occurs stating that Akondi Baloo agent has stopped, while I am
still able to read my email.
Expected Results:
The program will behave normally, without any crash reports.
