Apparently the bug is entirely different than anticipated. One has to click on
"create account" to enter the next step and be able to hit the finish button.
This is extremely confusing - the account exists and no new account should be
created - the account should simply be set up in kmail. Also, why would one
have to click 'create account' just before clicking 'finish' without any
apparent action happening inbetween. Why not allow clicking on finish right
away?
