I had a look at the conversation using wireshark. I remeber that the server
resonded to a PUT request with something like "no authentication headers were
found" IIRC.

In the meandtime, I delete/added the DAV resource to get my system running
again.
But since this bug should be reproduceable, I could retry that import and make
the resulting cache file (or any other files) available to developers for
testing, if it helps.
