When creating a new key pair, Kleopatra creates the key, but does not prompt
for a passphrase. When I right click on the key pair and click "Change
Passphrase" the error

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.  File>New Certificate
2.  Follow prompts
3.  Key pair appears on the certificate list, but no request for passphrase
entry.
Actual Results:  
Keys can be used to sign/encrypt material, but no passphrases needed to sign or
decrypt.

Expected Results:  
Expectation is that passphrase is necessary for certificate creation, sign, and
decrypt.

Linux Mint, KDE 4.11.5
