[kaddressbook] [Bug 330716] cant add a new contact the whole window is blank

I have checked it again and I think it has something to do with the oxygen
transparent theme.
I know that this theme is not an official KDE but th der told bugs should be
send to KDE directly. 
Without oxygen transparent it seems to work
