If you configure filters with tag additions under filter actions, you must
reconfirm the tag once pressing "Ok"

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a tag in KMail
2. Create a filter
3. Give the filter a rule which specifies to add a tag
4. Click okay
Actual Results:  
You are asked to pick a tag

Expected Results:  
The tag you selected in the drop down when adding the tag is used

I'm technically on Manjaro packages with KDE SC 4.13.2
