After upgrade to 4.13.2 I had to remove and add the resource again. I added
calendar, works fine so far, then I added contacts, I was not asked to allow
access and when trying to sync I get an error, that the resource is not
configured to access Google. I tried several times to remove it and give it
access somehow, no luck...
