Please add Philippines Public (working and non-working) holidays to kde
Calendar widget

Reproducible: Didn't try

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Clicking the Calendar widget
2. Select Country Region for Holidays
3.
Actual Results:  
There is no Philippines in the list of choices for Country Region

Expected Results:  
To show Philippines' Holidays in the Calendar widget of KDE Plasma

If possible, also add local observances.
