kontact (4.13.1) on KDE Platform 4.13.1 using Qt 4.8.6

- What I was doing when the application crashed:

this is continued from the previous entry:

4) attempt to restart kontact

EXPECTED RESULT: kontact starts

ACTUAL RESULT: crash

FROM STEP 4, REPRODUCES EVERY TIME

this is now a serious bug that is preventing me from sending or receiving
email. PLEASE HELP!
