Yes, same here on Slackware64-current with KDE apps 4.12.1.
If I remove %SIGNATURE from the standard template, the initial mail is copied
in the answer. If I put it back, nothing is displayed anymore expect the
signature.
Personnalized models still copy the mail I reply to as well as add the
personnalized text, but they always fail to display %SIGNATURE.
I didn't enable any signature for my default account and everything works as
expected there.
