I got Akonadi and Kmail running again.
I have changed Akonadi to use the sqlite backend and then I started the Kmail2
migration like it is described here:
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/OneiricOcelot/Final/Kubuntu/Kmail2

Now it is working again :-)
