I also have this problem sometimes using
Akregator Version 4.12.2
Using KDE Development Platform 4.12.2

One thing I notice is that the feed where it's wrongly saved to, is always the
same.

Sometimes Feed A gets saved to Feed X
Sometimes Feed B gets saved to Feed X
Sometimes Feed C gets saved to Feed X

But I haven't noticed that other feeds are being messed up.
