I confirm too (kdepim 4.12.2 and akonadiserver 1.11.0). I can't find a working
solution : deleting  ~/.local/share/akonadi, removing bogofilter filters,
delaying KMail start. Nothing can solve the problem. And the problem is mainly
due to a slow harddisk (due to a highload) or a slow network connection.
