            Bug ID: 331340
Summary: Wrong charset encoding when replying to base64 encoded
                    email
    Classification: Unclassified
           Product: kmail2
           Version: 4.11.5
          Platform: Fedora RPMs
                OS: Linux
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: NOR
         Component: general
          Assignee: kdepim-bugs at kde.org
          Reporter: nunoplopes at sapo.pt

When I reply to an email whose original encoding is not ascii, the quoted reply
message gets all the non ascii characters broken. This happens a lot with
messages I receive that are encoded in UTF-8 or CP-1252.
The default charset of my system is UTF-8, and the list of charsets in the
configuration of Kmail is (in this order): us-ascii, iso-8859-1, utf-8
(locale), utf-8.

Reproducible: Always
