Upgrading Kubuntu 12.04.5 from KDE 4.13.3 up to KDE 4.14.2 when that package
threw a segment fault error. System x64.  Had system backed up. Reproduced
error after rolling back and  pulling in KDE 4.14.2 updates. 

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Upgrade to KDE 4.14.2
2. As you upgrade, crash dialog box pops up with a segment fault for this
application. 
3. System rollback and reapplied updates. Reproduced same segment fault for
this application. 

Actual Results:  
Same as above.  Used onboard backtrace tool to fetch in debugging symbols and
packages to generate additional information below. 

Expected Results:  
Same as detailed above.
