In my case it's under /usr/share/kde4/apps/kaddressbook/printing/themes. There
are some examples, but it still took me about two hours of trial and error to
figure out how to get my addresses printed, and I'm still not where I would
like to be.
Grantlee support has the chance to become a full-featured replacement for
kbarcode (which does not exist any longer).
