[akregator] [Bug 260890] session and crash restauration produce a lot of tabs

I know this bug was file a while ago but I still have the same issue with
Akregator 4.13.3. This happens often, I guess when akregator is not closed
properly (crashes, hard reboot, etc.). This can create several times the same
tab again and again and akregator becomes really heavy.

Please ask if I can provide any help (and explain how to provide some debug
symbols or things like that).
