I deleted all knotes related resources in the Akonadi Configuration
application.
If I want create now a new note, nothing happens. When I start knotes from the
command-line and click on new notes the following error is reported:

Error during fetch:  "Collection 165 does not exist"

Any ideas how to solve that?
