There is a behaviour change in KDE invalid SSL certificate prompting dialog.
Now after closing the "Details" window, I get back to the first window with
"Details", "Continue", "Cancel" options and I do not observe runaway processes.

Tested with: kdelibs-4.13.2

Other reporters - please test with more recent version, as it seems that this
bug has been fixed and can be closed.
