I can confirm that the migration is working now.

There was still one minor issue though.
After the migration, knotes just quit here with the following message:
 m_agentInstance.identifier() : "akonadi_akonotes_resource_4" 
wolfi at amiga:~> knotes(9239)/libakonadi
Akonadi::EntityTreeModelPrivate::firstFetchJobDone: "Unknown error." 

So you have to start it again, then it works.

But I guess I should file a separate bug report for this.
