There is plenty of disk space left (13GB)
The file premissions are: -rw-rw---

The mv/cp didn't help.

I also ruled out AppArmor:
3 processes are in complain mode.
   /usr/sbin/mysqld (1596)
   /usr/sbin/mysqld (5612)
   /usr/sbin/mysqld (5638)
