In kmail2 version 4.13 a regression has been introduced in the list view.
Previously, I was able to adjust the column widths. Now the adjustment bars are
missing.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Look at the email listed below the today bar. There should be a mark to
adjust the column width.
