Have the PC booted and write the first mail of the day, with 'automatic sign
message' enabled. Once you press send, the system shows for about 15minutes the
sandclock (only on Kontact) until the dialog box with the password phrase for
kpgp appears. during that time kpgp seems to run normal (means can be used).
All mails afterwards have immediately the password dialog showing up.
The problem does only appear since 4.11.1
