In my version (German)
Ansicht
   /Nachrichtenliste
   /Gruppe einklappen
   /Gruppe aufklappen
   /Alle Gruppe einklappen
   /Alle Gruppe aufklappen
   /Skalierung

and then ? there is no Vorspann (header)
It only appear if I select an email and open it
