kmail (4.10.5) on KDE Platform 4.10.5 using Qt 4.8.5

- What I was doing when the application crashed:
Closed kmail while it was copying from one imap folder to another, then started
again. It crashed and I also noticed, that previews instance of kmail was not
closed.
