Normally the information about the spam status of the mail is shown on the left
side beneath the usual header information. It seems that in some cases -
dependeing on the mail content - this behaviour changes and the spam status is
shown in the middle.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open kmail
2. Open specific mail

Actual Results:  
The status is in the middle 

Expected Results:  
The status should be on the left side
