Hi Harry,
the issue is caused by two bugs in the way we handle SSL. Partially by a wrong
method of disconnecting from the socket, which Christian fixed in 4.11.3, and
partially by a bug in SSL fallback implementation, which we hope to fix soon,
too. It's not related to password, or handling of the IMAP protocol itself.
