When using the context-menu (right-click popup in theb explorer) to
encrypt/decrypt a file the following message occurs:

Verbindung zur GnuPG Benutzerschnittstelle (Kleopatra) kann nicht aufgebaut
werden: \r
IPC connect call failed

Reproducible: Always

Failure Message
