            Bug ID: 327159
Summary: Akonadi can't register dbus session. It does after
                    killing all processes
    Classification: Unclassified
           Product: Akonadi
           Version: 1.10.2
          Platform: Debian unstable
                OS: Linux
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: grave
          Priority: NOR
         Component: server
          Assignee: kdepim-bugs at kde.org
          Reporter: j.nespolo at gmail.com

Opening Kontact, Akonadi fails to start. Trying to start it manually I get an
error message saying it couldn't register a d-bus session. Self-test and output
provided below.

It could be related to #321484, but contrary to that bug report, I don't get
any mysql error, only dbus related ones.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Kontact
2. Akonadi fails -> Kontact unusable
but if
3. Close Kontact
4. Switch to root and kill all pids that come up with
ps aux | egrep 'akonadi|mysql'
4. Restart Kontact. Now it works just fine.
Actual Results:
Akonadi and everything depending upon it fail to start

Expected Results:
Akonadi and Kontact should start at the first time.

=== OUTPUT OF akonadictl start ===
Unable to register service as "org.freedesktop.Akonadi.Control.lock" Maybe it's
already running?
