I don't know what cause this, there appears to be no error or problem I can
identify but this message crops up all day every day, right now I've got 11 on
them pending. 

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Turn the computer on use KDE and kamil these message just pop up all through
the day, they are next to useless in conveying any meaningful information. 
They don't appear to indicate any problem but they are annoying.
Actual Results:  
"Resouce KMail Folders is broken. This resource is now online" keep occuring

Expected Results:  
No ""Resouce KMail Folders is broken. This resource is now online" or at least
the message should mean something to the user and if there is an error it
should indicate some information that might be useful fixing the error.
