I have tried to reproduce manually in some way the case. One of the mails that
this occured, is shown in the attachments. In the picture you can see clearly
the black box. 

Also I attached a text file with a part of the source from the original message
and the reply message. Of course, I substituted personal details (text and name
of sender).
