kmail message windows font with settings dialog

After additional tests I found out, that this problem only shows up when using
"Monospace", which I think is an alias.

As you can see, the font is displayed properly inside the font selection
dialog, inside the message list (where the same font is selcted), but not in
the message windows. "Use fixed" font was turned on and off with no effect.
