After a migration to kmail2, the program kmail2 runs but fails to correctly
display the old messages.  It displays the subject header of each old message,
but doesn't display the message body.

When a new message arrives in the inbox, it is displayed correctly.  It is only
the old messages that are not displayed correctly.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Upgrade Fedora KDE spin, from Fedora 15 to Fedora 16 then to Fedora 18. 
This makes it upgrade to Kmail2.
2. Open Kmail2.
3. Look to see what emails are displayed in Kmail2.  
Actual Results:  
It shows the subject headers of the old emails, in the old mailboxes, but it
fails to display the message body of any of the old emails.  

(New emails arriving in the inbox are not affected, they are displayed
correctly.)
