When I try toggle between HTML to plain text from Status bar nothing happens,
but just occurs if the option "Prefer HTML to plain text " is activated.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Configure Kmail >> Security >> Activate "Prefer HTML to plain text"
2. Configure Kmail >> Appearance >> 
go to the "Message window " and activate option "Show HTML status bar"
3. Open a message in HTML and try toggle between HTML to plain text from
"Status bar"
Actual Results:  
Nothing happened

Expected Results:  
It is should change the message to plain text
