Does not work for me. Using Kubuntu 13.04, KDE 4.10.2.

Setting:
- POP3 Mail account used for mailing lists, mails go to local folder -> inbox
on default.
- Filters definded to move mailing list mails into local folders for the
dedicated list

Result:
- All mails remain in local folder -> inbox.
- when manual filtering is used (ctrl + j), mails are moved to the defined
foldres
