akonadi_davgroupware_resource (4.10) on KDE Platform 4.10.2 "release 1" using
Qt 4.8.4

- What I was doing when the application crashed:

I also have this problem. It happens everytime on boot, but as far as I can
tell the calendar works. The server is a Mac OSX Server with Apple's iCal
software.
