This occasionally happens to me when I start the computer. IMAP akonadi
resources fail to go online, and stay offline until I manually restart the
akonadi server. The "go online" link in kmail doesn't do anything.

This is a new behaviour in 4.10.

I'm using OpenSUSE 12.3.
